Our green olives come from the olive groves of the La Pampita del Algarrobal Estate in Ilo, where the climate and soil combine to produce fruits of excellent quality. Harvested between April and June at their peak ripeness, they are carefully selected and graded to ensure uniformity and freshness. Naturally fermented in brine within our own facilities and packaged under strict quality controls, our olives retain their firmness, characteristic flavor, and all their nutritional properties. Crunchy, lightly salted, and full of flavor, they are ideal for snacking, accompanying your dishes, or enhancing your favorite recipes.
