Our black olives are the fruit of the care and tradition of La Pampita del Algarrobal Farm in Ilo. Carefully harvested between April and July, each olive ripens in the sun until it reaches its peak, before being rigorously selected and graded. Naturally fermented in brine and packaged in our own facilities, these olives retain all their original flavor, texture, and properties. Thanks to our strict quality controls, we guarantee a healthy, tasty product that meets the highest national and international standards. A classic with an intense, natural flavor, perfect to enjoy alone or with friends.
